Pessima is a Trans* Art Center born in Milan in 2021 to promote and support exclusively emerging Transgender and Non Binary artists & projects.

We have evolved since into a Contemporary Art Gallery, Indipendent Publishing House and Clothing Brand.

The name comes from the Italian word for “terrible”, “the worst”. Terms that have always defined the trans community in the public eye, and labeled us as inferior and not worthy. We make fun of it, and build pride out of their ignorance. Today we show our potential through the beauty and power of art.
